Included in the hunt fee are guide servic-
es, all accommodations and meals while on
the hunt, trophy care and preparations in the
field, boxing of trophies for shipment, and all
transportation during the hunt.
Not included in the hunt fee are travel
expenses incurred while traveling to and
from Petersburg, hunting license and tags,
any alcoholic beverages, shipping of your
trophy, and gratuities.
A 50% deposit is required to book a
hunt. The balance is payable on arrival. No
refunds on deposits. We recommend you
purchase trip cancellation insurance.
A contract and equipment list will be
provided upon booking.
